The new Bosch 318cc/min injectors arrived from URD Racing as scheduled, so I put them in last night!
Here are the new clips I need to solder onto the stock harness, replacing the stock injector clips. The heat shrink is in place, too (red for positive, black for negative).

I cut off the old injectors, and added solder to each bit of wire. You can see the new injector in this picture pretty well.
Here are the new clips all soldered in place. I know there's a lot of slack now, but I like extra -- just in case someday.

I positioned the heat shrink tubes and used my heat gun to shrink them.

Next I added my favorite harness-making tape -- silicon self-galvanizing high temp tape. What's really cool is that it doesn't actually stick to the cables you're wrapping, since the tape has no glue. What that means is that the internal cables are free to slide and move a bit -- basically, this retains much more flexibility than using standard electrical tape. Wrapping all six pigtails was a complete pain.

I tucked the slack away neatly, and plugged in the clips.

I gapped six new Denso IK22 plugs to 0.043 and torqued them down gently into the heads. New Toyota OE plug wires were installed. And I started routing the crankcase breather lines -- I'm modifying the stock setup. Sorry, no pictures of any of this.
I cleaned the lower manifold mating surface, and put on a new gasket.

I installed the supercharger, throttle body (with blocked-off water ports), and most of the vac/boost plumbing.
I need to mount my catch can and connect the two valve cover breathers to it, install the intake pipework, and I should be good to fire it up!
More to come soon....
